Kristin Hjelmaas Valle works primarily within competiton law. She has extensive experience and competence within all aspects of competition law assignments, including mergers and acquisitions, cartel assignments and leniency processes, dominance questions, compliance questions, assessments of different kinds of cooperation agreements, and joint ventures as well as forms of distribution.
In addition Kristin assists within the fields of i.a. public procurements, state subsidies and other EU/EEA related problems, regulatorian question within life science, telecom and energy, marketing law and administrative law. She has also experience with corruption issues and investigations. Kristin has adviced clients within a range of fields and branches i.a. telecom, the pharmaceutical industry, the food industry, trade, media, oil-, gas and offshore industry, energy and shipping. She has for a number of years been ranked among one of the leading lawyers in Norway within her fields in international rankings.
