Henrik Grung

Henrik Grung is a partner with extensive experience in private M&A, joint ventures, corporate governance and commercial advisory in general. With over 20 years’ experience, he has developed a broad practice, advising Norwegian and international clients across a range of industry sectors, including open-sea fisheries, shipbuilding, real estate and consumer goods.

He works with investors, boards of directors and senior management in matters relating to strategy, governance and industrial development.
