In 2021, he passed his first test case before the Supreme Court in a landmark case regarding the employee's duty to disclose information during hiring and termination of employment during the probationary period.
Eivind has worked extensively with whistleblowing cases and investigations, leading several large and high-profile investigations. He also has significant expertise in general business law, IT, privacy, trade secrets, copyright, and marketing law.
Eivind has a particular interest in strategic negotiations and alternative dispute resolution, having completed specialization in advanced negotiation techniques at the Harvard Negotiation Institute. He is also a certified mediator under the Norwegian Bar Association's certification scheme.
