Harald Olsvik

Harald Olsvik is part of Kvale's Corporate and Real Estate department. Harald works on corporate legal issues with a particular focus on value-added tax (VAT) and real estate.

He assists clients with tax and corporate law in connection with corporate structuring and transactions, including larger real estate development projects.

Harald also assists clients in dialogue with tax authorities, including requests for binding advance rulings, attachments to tax returns, and appeal cases.
