Susanne Tenden Borch is part of Kvale’s Corporate department. Her main focus areas are M&A, corporate restructures and continues legal support for corporate management and boards.
Susanne has a master's degree in law from the University of Bergen, with an exchange semester at the Universidade de Lisboa in Portugal. She wrote a master's thesis on limitation periods in the event of bankruptcy of joint-stock companies.
