Robert is affiliated with Kvale's Maritime and Energy department, and he also works closely with Kvale's EU/EFTA and Competition Law department.
Robert is involved in general business legal and strategic advisory work. He has experience in various areas of law, particularly general contract law, public procurement, state aid, real estate, and labor law. He has also participated in several complex projects for the government, county municipalities, municipalities, and publicly owned companies, which has provided him with particular insight into the thinking of public entities and the issues that arise.
Robert completed his education at the University of Tromsø, with a specialization in public procurement, international environmental law, and dispute resolution. In addition to his legal studies, he also studied economics and administration and worked at Jusshjelpa in Northern Norway.
