John Olav Hofseth Hatløy is affiliated with Kvale's real estate and construction law department. John Olav holds a master's degree from the University of Oslo and participated in an exchange program at Cornell Law School in the USA during his studies.
Throughout his time as a student, he completed traineeships at commercial law firms. He also completed a traineeship in the legal department at OBOS and Veidekke, where he primarily worked with construction law. Additionally, he has worked as a study group leader for students at the University of Oslo.
