Anja Blytt is associated with Kvale's department for working life and works with both collective and individual employment law. Anja has a degree in law at the University of Bergen. She has electives in individual and collective employment law and wrote her master's thesis in employment law on sexual harassment in the workplace.
During the spring of 2022, Anja was on exchange at Luiss Guido Carli University, where she took several EU legal subjects. During her studies, Anja has had several traineeships at commercial law firms. She was a trainee at Kvale for two periods and wrote her master's thesis with us in autumn 2021.
From November 2022 to and including March 2023, Anja carried out a secondment assignment for Hovedorganisasjonen Virke. During this stay, Anja acquired valuable insight and experience in one of the country's largest employers' organisations and performed very varied tasks within both collective and individual employment law.
At Virke, Anja worked as a legal adviser in the collective agreement (tariff) department, and thus gained direct insight into the collective employment law. She worked closely with several of Virke's larger collective agreements, and carried out, among other things, assessments of collective agreement requirements, interpretations of collective agreements and rectification of collective legal consequences of legislative changes. In addition, she participated in several dispute meetings on behalf of Virke's members.
